Batch brewing is a method of fermentation where you do individual batches or cycles of fermentation. Insanitea uses the batch brewing method because we believe it helps us with flavor control and consistency.

Insanitea Kombucha brews it’s tea by wild fermenting purified water, blending organic black and green teas, together with pure cane sugar. After letting it ferment for our desired time, we add the best quality fresh fruits and vegetables locally available. 

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF KOMBUCHA? 

Our kombucha has a refrigerated shelf life of 90 days. 

WHAT DOES 100% RAW KOMBUCHA MEAN?

It means even after the fermentation process the kombucha contains the natural probiotics, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from the fermentation process and ingredients used Technically, most kombuchas are considered raw. We use this term so you know the health benefits are included in our beverage. Don't worry, it doesn't change the taste, only signifies you're getting the benefits you're looking for!
